I’ve been cooking a lot lately. Like, a lot a lot. In fact, my birthday presents to myself were a new pots and pans set and an immersion blender. (Next up: a cast-iron dutch oven and a new knife set!) And while there are a few cookbooks I would like to own - say, RR’s Big Orange Book (shuddup) or PW Cooks - I get most of my recipes online.
