Allergies and the resulting stuffy nose led to the...
Ingredients:
- large white onion
- package mushrooms
- package extra-firm tofu
- broth (I used the vegetable kind from a box, just because it annoys me when tofu is put in chicken broth, but I doubt it matters)
- broccoli (my grocery store had a special on pre-cut today, otherwise I would’ve done frozen because I’m too lazy to deal with cutting up an entire head)
